Hello, my name is Andrew Jara. I am trying to be a writer/director. I made a film named "Last Days" that i'm trying to bring some press to.
Catching Elephant is a theme by Andy Taylor
Plot:.A hitman decides not to kill a woman and with the help of a cop must protect himself and his family when his boss comes after him .
Review: The posters for “Bullet to the Head” are terrible, in fact the marketing has also been terrible. Which is too bad because this film is a lot of fun and a great choice for Stallone. I think the problem with this and Arnold’s Last Stand is they are trying to market them like they did in the 80s. Back then, all you needed was the name of the Star and a funny tagline like “It’s not explosions without Stallone.” Now this gets the fans in the seats but it doesn’t bring in new fans. Even actors like Tom Cruise and Ryan Gosling are having a hard time just marketing themselves. We need to know the storyline now. And the ads for this just don’t do. Which sucks because the story is very simple and lets you enjoy the action. Its about a hitman having to protect himself. That’s it but if you watch the ads you have no idea, and it seems like a buddy cop movie which it kind of is but not really. This is very much Stallone’s movie and that’s what they should have shown. I have really no complaints. Stallone does a great job, without having to rely on being Stallone, and Jason Momoa turns in a great job as the villain. He actually gets to talk and makes the villain his own and more than just a big guy. You remember him. If I had any complaints, it would be the buddy cop. It doesn’t help that Sung Kang is reprising his role from the Fast and Furious of annoying character than gets in the way of characters that you care about. Although he isn’t as bad and he takes a back seat to the point that you forget that he’s in the film. Overall this is another great action film that I wish was doing better. Come’on hollywood do better at ADS! And go see this film!
Trivia: This is director Walter Hill’s first film in 10 years.
Rambo fucking shit up
Nothing is over
I did like the Helmets more in this film than the new ones.
I liked this film too. It’s not the best but it has it’s moments. Plus the score was awesome!
Plot: The Expendables are back! This time, they must stop a madman (Jean Claude Van Damme) from selling 6 tons of plutonium. And this time, they’re going to need some help!
Review: This truly is the movie of the summer. When the first expendables came out, I was a bit disappointed. It was a fun film but it had very little substance and it seems like this film helps to deliver on that front. It has all the fun, the lines and the action you would expect but it also has a storyline and as silly as it sounds, this time it’s personal. Which adds a level of tension to the film. Stallone is able to show the dark side that sets him apart and Van Damme gets to be the creepy bad guy we always knew he was. This is probably Van Damme’s best film and he does a damn fine job as the main bad guy. Adding a threat that could take down the expendables. As a matter of fact all the characters are a lot more fleshed out here. Jason Statham and Stallone feel more like best friends, Terry Crews and Dolph Lundgren get some very awesome character defining scenes. It helps flesh the team out more and makes you care about them as characters not just the actors playing them. Bruce Willis and Arnold Schwarzenegger are the best part of the film. Most of their scenes are together and they seem to be having a great time while bringing us along. Overall, this may not be the best film but it is the funnest. Go watch it.
Trivia: Stallone explained that his casting was looking particularly for actors who had not experienced recent hits: “I like using people that had a moment and then maybe have fallen on some hard times and give them another shot. I like those kinds of guys. Someone did it for me and I like to see if I can do it for them.”
Here it is! my review for expendables 2! Did I like it? Really, you should even have to ask!
