Boxing Day 6

Yesterday my dog Benny kicked me in my KNEE. the one that had surgery ON!! so pretty much spend all Christmas limping around on the cane.
So today my boxing wasn’t that good. I still did 30 minutes but I could barely bend my knee. So i called it an early day. I’m glad I still did something though. So tonight i’m gonna ice the shit out of them!
